Zong SIM Owner Details Check

Want to confirm a Zong SIM is registered on your CNIC? Use these official Zong codes and PTA services. They only work for your own SIMs and never reveal someone else's personal data.

1. 1Open the phone dialer on your Zong SIM.
2. 2Dial *8# and press call.
3. 3Read the on-screen message showing the registration details of your SIM.

SMS: V to 7911

1. 1Open a new SMS on your Zong SIM.
2. 2Type the message as shown: V to 7911.
3. 3Send it and wait for the confirmation reply.

My Zong app and helpline

Log in to the official My Zong app to view your SIM and account information. For any problem, call the Zong helpline 310 from your Zong number.

Universal PTA methods

• SMS your 13-digit CNIC (no dashes) to 668 to see how many SIMs are on your CNIC.
• Send MNP followed by a mobile number to 667 to see its current network.
• Visit cnic.sims.pk, PTA's official SIM Information System.
